JOHN HEYWOOD, PAINTER
I paint coastal scenes and landscapes in acrylics and in watercolour. The interaction of light on water, in different weather conditions and different times of day, holds a particular fascination for me. I am always aiming not just to portray the scene but also to catch the mood, the feeling of the time and place.
